How to cancel my membership
Watercolor Mastery Membership Auto-Renewal:
Because the Watercolor Mastery Membership is a recurring subscription to ensure your membership does not lapse, your card on file will be charged upon your renewal date for another term (Monthly or Annually) unless you cancel your Watercolor Mastery Membership by changing it in your account settings or reaching out to support. This is to serve as a convenience for you so that you don't have to remember to renew and never have to miss a day of playing!
If you would like to cancel the auto-renew in your Watercolor Mastery account, follow the steps below:
- Log into your Watercolor Mastery account
- Click on your name in the top right
- Scroll down to "MY ACCOUNT"
- Choose "Billing"
- Scroll down to "Subscriptions"
- Click the "Cancel" button
- Confirm Cancelation
